Your reason for contacting us

Feedback is an individual’s view on their experience of dealing with us or their opinion on any aspect of our service. Anyone can provide feedback, both positive and negative.

A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction about any aspect of our service by an individual or their representative who has been directly involved in the matter about which they wish to complain.

The Victims’ Right to Review Scheme gives victims the right to seek a review of a CPS decision not to bring charges or to terminate all proceedings.

A general enquiry is a request for general information about the CPS and advice on who to contact if you have a specific query.
